Zero School Pride

It's disheartening to see how many students these days have absolutely zero school pride. They don't bother about their school, they don't participate in events, and they just seem apathetic. It's like they've lost sight of what it means to be part of a community and believe in their fellow students. This lack of passion is harmful to the entire school culture.

This Cap Doesn't Fit

This Isn't My Old School

When I read the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a distant concept. Maybe because my time there were not like others, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to reminisce. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't have the same weight for me as it does for others.

It's not that I haven't appreciated my time at school. It was a period of growth, just not one that feels familiar in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's because I made my passions beyond the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are centered around different experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.
